Terms of service.
1. Scope of Work
All work will be performed according to the approved estimate or proposal. Any additional work must be agreed upon in writing before execution.
2. Changes and Additional Work
Any changes, upgrades, or unforeseen conditions (including hidden damage, rot, structural issues, or code-related requirements) may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be defined in the estimate or agreement. Deposits may be required before starting the project. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work.
4. Project Conditions
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area, including utilities if necessary. Delays caused by weather, material availability, site conditions, or third parties are not the responsibility of G-Giant Construction Inc.
5. Warranty
Workmanship warranty applies only to labor performed by G-Giant Construction Inc. Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. Temporary repairs or emergency fixes are not covered by warranty.
6. Permits and Code Compliance
Permits are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable building codes and standards.
7. Liability and Insurance
G-Giant Construction Inc. is a fully insured contractor. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.
8. Site Safety and Responsibility
Client is responsible for securing pets, children, and personal belongings. G-Giant Construction Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden damages.
9. Cancellation
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage and material purchases.
